Craig and Jill Michalak are the owners of Northwest Professional Hearing. We both have had experience working for large healthcare organizations and Jill also had experience working in private practices in Indiana and Illinois. After working in both large and small healthcare organizations we believed we could provide better hearing healthcare with a new and different philosophy. Our philosophy has proven successful.
We believe that time is one of the most important commodities that we can provide to our patients. We provide our patients with the time they need to fully understand their hearing loss and how specific technology can significantly improve their quality of life.
When we opened our practice in 2003 we applied our philosophy of individualized care, high-quality service and truly reasonable prices and it proved successful. Spending the time needed to fully understand the patient's hearing loss and how it affects their lifestyle and their relationships we feel is critical to a successful outcome. We want our her patients to become lifelong patients and we work to ensure their satisfaction, trust and loyalty.
Giving back to the community is also one of our goals. We are the only private practice in the area that still accepts Illinois Department of Health and Family Services (Public Aid) cases. We believe that everyone should have an opportunity to hear and because you may be disadvantaged does not exclude you from the right to have good hearing healthcare.
As members of the Lions Club International we provide hearing healthcare to people that the Lions Club has determined to be in need. We want you as a lifelong patient. Give Northwest Professional Hearing a try. You’ll be pleased to find There Is a Difference.
